Why Storetasker x Tydo?

Storetasker is a platform used by thousands of Shopify brands, big and small, to work with freelancers to complete dev jobs for their store that may not necessitate a full agency engagement. Storetasker and Tydo partnered to provide their merchants with automated analytics to help them optimize their business on a regular basis,

How are Storetasker metrics calculated?

On your Report Card, you will receive a metrics summary and unique Storetasker data card. All metrics on the Storetasker data card are calculated with Shopify data only.

Do you share my data with Storetasker?

No. The only data currently shared between Storetasker and Tydo is the email you have signed up with. We do not pass any of your store’s data or your store’s customer data to partners unless you explicity ask us to do so.

I don’t use Shopify to manage my store, can I still sign up for Report Cards?

Right now we only support Shopify.

What data sources do you connect to?

You only need to connect your Shopify to get access to Storetasker’s Report Card. If you want acces to all current Report Card metrics, you should add any of the following advertising channels you use: Facebook, Google, Snapchat and Tik Tok! If you have access to Tydo's full dashboard, you can also connect to Klaviyo, Google Analytics and ReCharge! Amazon and Postscript are coming soon.

Why is this free?

At Tydo, we believe no one should be constrained by a lack of time or technical expertise from achieving their highest potential. Our hope is that Tydo Report Cards equip brands with easy-to-use data that provides a baseline understanding of their business daily, weekly and monthly. Ultimately, our full dashboard, a paid product, will enable even deeper insight and action-based intel so that your brand can achieve greatness.

How will my customer data be used?

We understand the importance of your customer data/privacy. When a merchant adds Tydo, we do in fact have access to your customer data. We use this data in a variety of ways, including placing customers into monthly cohorts and identifying which orders are new/repeat/subscription. We are NOT selling or sharing your customer list with partners (unless you explicitly ask us to).
